GDPR Regulations

1. The administrator of personal data provided by the Principal and the Participant is Quality for Defence Mariusz Korzynek, 05-273 Marki, ul. Okólna 24/82, NIP: 716 250 25 40, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

2. The Organizer will use the personal data provided for the purpose of:

  • in order to conclude an agreement between the Client and the Organizer and to perform it (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR);

  • in order to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on the Organizer, including e.g. tax and accounting regulations (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR);

  • in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the Organizer, e.g. in the form of establishing or pursuing claims/defending against claims (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR);

  • for marketing purposes, for which I will use the Participant’s image and to send commercial information to the Client/Participant via a newsletter based on the Client/Participant’s consent (e.g. 6 sec. 1 letter a of the GDPR).

3. The Organizer will store the personal data provided to it until the limitation period for claims expires, i.e. for a maximum of 6 years, until the Client files an objection or until the consent is withdrawn, if consent was the basis for processing.

4. The Organizer may transfer data received from Clients/Participants only to companies that support the Organizer in conducting its business, including accounting.

6. The Client/Participant has the right to request access to their personal data, their rectification, deletion or restriction of data processing and to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6. The Client/Participant may withdraw at any time, but this does not affect the compliance of processing before its withdrawal. If the Client/Participant's data are processed for the purpose of concluding and implementing a contract or for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations or establishing/pursuing or defending against claims, providing the data is voluntary, but may prevent the conclusion of the contract.
